Chicken Cheddar Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
    2 c. milk
    4 chicken breasts, boiled
    1 c. cold cooked rice
    2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan. Blend flour and chicken bouillon cubes. Gradually stir in milk, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken and mushrooms.
