Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, diced
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. dry seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm is best)
Preparation

Mix everything except stuffing mix.
Layer 1/2 stuffing mix (dry) on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Next, layer all the chicken mixture.
Top with the rest of stuffing mix.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 until hot, about 50 minutes.
