Hillbilly Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground chuck
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 can Spanish-style tomato sauce
1 1/2 cans special tomato sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 can beef broth
1 to 2 cans tomatoes and green chilies
2 Tbsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1/4 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
3 cans water
1 can kidney beans
Preparation

Brown meat with onion, pepper and celery in skillet; drain off fat.
In a 6-quart Dutch oven, combine sauces and seasonings.
Add meat and beans, if desired.
Cook until thick.
