Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese slices
    1 can biscuits or sesame seed rolls
Preparation
    Combine fat, beef and onion in skillet; cook until meat is lightly browned.
    Drain; add salt and pepper.
    Stir in catsup and tomato sauce; heat thoroughly.
    Turn into an 8-inch square or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cut cheese into thin strips and spread over meat.
    Top with biscuits or rolls.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
