Corn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. creamed corn
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and flour to make a real thick paste.
Drop by teaspoon into deep, hot shortening.
Let brown, then turn and brown on other side.
Drain on paper towels.
