Crab And Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. shrimp (about 15)
2 cans crabmeat
3/4 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
3 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped garlic
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation

Blanch mushroom caps in a little water for 10 minutes.
Saute garlic, onion, shrimp, crabmeat and parsley in butter.
Add milk and the eggs; mix in all other ingredients, adding bread crumbs a little at a time.
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
