Sesame Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can mashed sweet potatoes
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sesame seed
    vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Be sure the sweet potatoes are mashed very smooth.
    Beat in the sugar, ginger and egg yolks until fluffy.
    Form tablespoons of the mixture into balls.
    Mix the flour and water until smooth. Roll the balls in the mixture, then in the sesame seed.
    Heat the oil to 375\u00b0.
    Fry the balls in it until delicately browned. Drain and serve hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
