Barb'S Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 to 3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper and onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Mash and beat until smooth.
    Will keep in the refrigerator 2 weeks.
    Warm in the microwave or crock-pot.
