Creamy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
3 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans (hold out 1 c. to coat ball)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Let set overnight before rolling into ball and coating with nuts.
