Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed fresh sweet potatoes or 2 large cans potatoes, syrup removed and mashed
    1 1/2 c. sugar or 3/4 c. sugar if you use canned potatoes
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. canned cream
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix together and place in a square baking dish.
