Mincemeat Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) jar prepared mincemeat
1 (15 1/2 to 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. orange flavored liqueur (can use orange juice)
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

In medium bowl, stir mincemeat, pineapple and juice and remaining ingredients until mixed.
Cover and refrigerate, about 15 minutes before serving, or up to 1 week ahead.
Serve with poultry, baked ham, pork chops or on top of ice cream.
