Layered Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, washed and stemmed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    shredded lettuce (to cover)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. raw mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) frozen English peas, thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In an 11 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer ingredients in the order given.
    Refrigerate.
    May be prepared up to 48 hours in advance.
