Oysters In Patty Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    4 green onions with tops, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 (12 oz.) container fresh oysters, drained
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen patty shells, baked
Preparation
    Combine butter and oysters in skillet; cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Add onion, garlic, parsley, celery and mushrooms; heat until celery is crisp-tender. Drain. Stir in seasonings and soup; cook just until thoroughly heated. Spoon into patty shells. Serve immediately. Yield: 12.
