Texas Barbecue Hot Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. beef brisket or tip roast
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours in tight covered container or crock-pot.
    Be sure it juices itself.
    Add about 1 cup Heinz barbecue sauce and continue cooking until you know meat will flake when done.
    Good on toasted 1/2 buns.
