Clairmont Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    3 cucumbers, sliced thin
    1 onion (not red), sliced thin
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 carrot, sliced thin
    9 Tbsp. water
    9 Tbsp. oil
    9 Tbsp. salad vinegar
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and cover.
    Blend other ingredients; shake well.
    Pour over vegetables and marinate, uncovered, out of refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Cover and refrigerate until used.
