Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken, cooked
1 pkg. vermicelli noodles
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1/2 stick oleo
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook chicken and remove from broth and cook noodles in chicken stock.
Saute onion and bell pepper with oleo.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Mix well.
Bake in large casserole dish, covered with foil, until hot and bubbly.
