Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. raw rice
    1 small onion
    1/2 green pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. tomatoes
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and dry rice.
    Brown rice in hot oil.
    Add onion, green pepper, salt, chili powder and tomatoes; mix well.
    Add enough water to cover mixture.
    Cover; let simmer until rice is tender, about 30 minutes.
