Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. hen
    3 lb. onions
    1 stalk celery
    4 cans chow mein vegetables
    2 cans bean sprouts
    1 to 2 cans water chestnuts
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook hen in pressure cooker for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Pull chicken from
    bone and dice.
    Chop onions and celery.
    Combine all ingredients
    and put in the broth from the chicken.
    Bring to boil and
    lower
    heat to simmer.
    Cook 3 to 4 hours using a heavy pot. Serve over chow mein noodles and/or rice.
