Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    10 oz. milk
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1 Tbsp. dehydrated minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 until rice is cooked.
    Serve hot.
