Tamale Beef Tangle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 (29 oz.) can hominy (yellow), drained and chopped or 1 can Niblets corn and 1 (15 oz.) can hominy
1 large can tamales or 2 (15 oz.) cans, crumbled
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. corn chips, crumbled
Preparation

Brown beef; add onions and cook until browned.
Add all ingredients, except cheese and chips.
Mix well and pour into baking dish.
Cover with cheese and bake in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven 35 minutes.
Sprinkle chips over top and bake 10 minutes longer.
