Stir-Fried Pork And Sugar Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sugar snap peas
    1 onion
    1 lb. pork tenderloin
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt
    2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    1/4 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
Preparation
    String in peas and cook in large pot of boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Chop onion.
    Cut pork into 1/2-inch slices. Cut each slice into thin strips.
    Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
    Add onion and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Cook, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining oil.
    When hot, add the pork strips and cook, stirring, until browned, about 2 minutes.
    Add ginger; cover and cook until meat is done, about 2 minutes.
    Stir in red pepper flakes and peas; heat through.
    Serve alone or over rice.
