Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken, boiled and deboned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 or 2 jars Green Giant mushrooms
    8 oz. cream cheese
    milk (small amount to thin down mixtures)
    12 oz. pkg. Ritz crackers
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Roll chicken and debone.
    Take cream cheese and add a little milk to thin down just a touch.
    Mix chicken and drained mushrooms thoroughly.
    In another bowl, melt oleo and add poppy seed.
    Crush the crackers and mix together.
    Take half or a little more to layer a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour in chicken mixture.
    Put the rest of the cracker mix on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
