Frozen Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 sliced sweet pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed or 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sugar and vinegar until sugar is thoroughly dissolved over medium heat.
    Pour over cucumbers and let stand overnight.
    Place in containers and freeze.
    Also keeps well in refrigerator.
