Country Chicken Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans clear chicken broth (14 1/2 oz. each)
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can (15 oz.) Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
    2 cans (5 oz. each) Swanson premium chunk white chicken with liquid or 10 oz. cooked chicken, torn into small pieces
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    In a 3 quart saucepan, combine broth and rice, heat to boiling over medium-high.
    Reduce heat and cook on low for 15 minutes or until rice is done, stirring occasionally.
    Add mixed vegetables, chicken and parsley.
    Heat through; stir occasionally.
    Serves 4.
