Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 box small instant pistachio pudding mix
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half
1 Tbsp. almond extract
3 drops green food coloring
1/2 c. unsalted, chopped pistachio nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients, except nuts; beat well. Add nuts to freezer after freezing process has begun.
Freeze in a half gallon ice cream freezer.
Double recipe for gallon size freezer.
