Banana-Chocolate Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. quick cooking oats
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    2 ripe mashed bananas
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. white flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix oats and milk. Let stand 15 minutes.
    Stir in egg, oil, bananas, brown sugar and chocolate chips.
    In a large bowl, mix flours, baking powder and salt. Stir mixtures together just to moisten well. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
