Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
Preparation
    Grease crock-pot well.
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot and mix thoroughly.
    Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or automatic for 3 hours.
