Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 qt. popped corn
    1/4 c. Karo light syrup
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Divide corn into 2 ungreased pans.
    Mix all ingredients, except soda.
    Cook and stir constantly until bubbly around the edges.
    Continue cooking on medium heat 5 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat; stir in baking soda until foamy.
    Pour over corn and mix well.
    Cook 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
