Barbecue Beef(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef chuck roast or stew beef
    2 c. chopped onion
    3 chopped green peppers
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order given in slow cooker, 3 1/2 to 5-quart crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.
