Portuguese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 10 medium boiled potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pimentos
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 slices bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 sticks melted margarine
Preparation
    Cube potatoes.
    Put in large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cubed cheese over potatoes, onions, pimento, parsley, paprika and garlic salt.
    Melt margarine.
    Add bread crumbs and pour over entire casserole.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    (May be made ahead of time.)
