Real Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
3 eggs
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix butter, sugar and milk in saucepan. Bring to a full boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Add vinegar, cornmeal and eggs.
Stir until smooth.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 minutes.
