Tommy'S Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
3/4 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco)
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. sugar
1 medium onion
7/8 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
carrots (for color)
Preparation
-
Cook vinegar, oil, celery seed, mustard and salt to a boil. Pour over all.
Seal and set overnight.
Do not stir until ready to serve.
