Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sweet butter
3 Tbsp. mandarin peel in syrup
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. brandy

Preparation

Drain and chop peel.
Cream butter and sugar, add brandy and peel, mix well.
