Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain and mash artichokes; blend in other ingredients. Sprinkle with more cheese; heat in oven until bubbly.
    Serve with crackers or Melba toast.
