Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    4 c. cubed boiled potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. celery
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, mustard and seasoned salt in saucepan. Add drained, cubed potatoes.
    Heat, mixing gently.
    Remove from heat. Add remaining mayonnaise, onion, celery, coarsely cut eggs, parsley and relish.
    Mix lightly.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours.
    Mound potato salad in center of a lettuce lined serving dish.
