Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. beef paste
    1 gal. water
    2 onions
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. cabbage
    1 bunch celery
    2 lb. carrots
    1 gal. mixed vegetables with juice
    1 large box potatoes
    2 cans V-8 juice
Preparation
    Heat beef paste and water.
    Add vegetables.
    When vegetables are about done, add potatoes.
    (Soak in water or if you put in dry, add extra liquid.)
    Simmer until done.
    Makes 3 gallons for soup.
