Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. lukewarm water
1 cake yeast
1 egg
1 1/3 c. grated American cheese
2 1/3 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Dissolve sugar and salt in water.
Crumble in yeast.
Stir until dissolved.
Add well beaten egg, grated cheese and flour. Knead dough quickly and lightly until smooth and elastic.
Shape into loaf and place in greased loaf pans.
Cover and let rise in warm place, free from drafts, for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
