Ice Cream Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine and cocoa. Add sugar, adding only 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition and milk.
    Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla. Pour into 2-pint size containers or 1-quart. Keep refrigerated.
