Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 apples, peeled and chopped
2 1/2 c. plain flour with 1 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Put ingredients into bowl as given.
Use Wesson or Crisco oil. Add plain flour last.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Bake in Bundt pan or angel food cake pan.
You may top with a sprinkling of powdered sugar or powdered sugar, milk and vanilla (just to drizzle over top).
