Easy Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. haddock fillets
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Progresso bread crumbs
    lemon wedges
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Arrange fish in ungreased baking dish. Spread mayonnaise evenly over fish.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over mayonnaise.
    Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes very easily with fork and is opaque in center, 25 to 30 minutes.
    Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
