Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. whole-wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Combine rest of ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
    Stir until just moistened.
    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Test for doneness.
