Open Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium apples
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    3/4 c. table cream
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter and flour and put half of the crumbs in unbaked pie crust.
    Save the other half to put over top of apples. Slice thin slices over bottom, then arrange halves upside-down and fill in with chunks.
    Pour table cream over top.
    Add crumbs. Sprinkle cinnamon over crumbs.
    Bake in deep pie plate at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
