Lucille'S Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef or pork roast
    salt
    cayenne pepper
    jalapenos
    garlic
    chopped bell pepper
    chopped celery
    chopped onions
    flour
Preparation
    Over the entire surface of a beef or pork roast, make slits with a knife at about two-inch intervals and fill the slits with salt, cayenne pepper and slices of jalapeno and garlic.
    Brown the roast in a pot on top of the stove.
    Then add water to cook until tender, along with chopped bell pepper, celery and onion.
