Joe'S Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. molasses
    1/3 c. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    3/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 (8 to 10 lb.) beef brisket
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except beef, mixing well.
    Place meat in a heavy plastic bag and pour marinade over it.
    Squeeze air from bag and fasten bag.
    Place bag in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; marinate in refrigerator at least 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
