Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium chicken
1 stick butter or oleo
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can English peas
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 medium pkg. spaghetti (I use linguini noodles)
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone; save the broth.
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter or oleo.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, peas and mushrooms.
Cook spaghetti in broth and drain.
Combine remaining ingredients with spaghetti and place in casserole dish.
Layer the top with Velveeta and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
