Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. water pack tuna, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 lb. egg noodles, cooked
    10 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 tsp. dry onion flakes
    1/2 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream and onion flakes.
    Add cheese, tuna and noodles.
    Stir with fork to distribute evenly.
    Pour in buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 3 or 4.
