Fruit Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    water (enough to make 2 c. liquid)
    1 box vanilla pudding
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Add 1 (large) box
    vanilla pudding to the liquid.
    Cook and stir to a
    full boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 tablespoon butter. Then add
    fruit.
