Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pears, cubed and drained
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in pears and nuts.
    Bake in Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
