Hungarian Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
dash of paprika
dash of nutmeg
pinch of caraway seed
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook cabbage in a large amount of boiling water until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain.
Stir in sour cream and rest of ingredients.
Serve.
