Orange-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small boxes orange jello
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
1 Cool Whip
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
pineapple juice
1/4 box powdered sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix jello according to package directions.
Allow jello to set and stir in drained pineapple.
Return to refrigerator and let jello congeal.
Combine together cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
Mix well and spread over jello.
